Alluvial soils made up of an underlying layer of gravel covered with reddish clay rich in iron oxide.

Mediterranean, breezy, with good day-night temperature swings.

Training system

Double Guyot.

Planting density

4700 vines/ha.

Harvest

Strictly by hand, in the first week in September.

Winemaking

Off the skins at a temperature of 12°C, without malolactic fermentation.

Ageing

In steel and then in the bottle with yeasts fining for 24 months.

Alcohol

12,5% VOL.

Tasting notes

Extra brut, soft, with four grams of sugar during disgorgement. Soft-scented, supple body with a pleasant velvety, approachable and suave sensation.

Serving suggestion

Ideal as an aperitif and also with all courses of a fish menu.
