Notes of apple, lemon skin, sage with an elegant sensation of toasted bread. On the palate, it is fresh, dry and pleasantly crisp. Racy and persistent perlage.

Serving suggestion

Ideal as an aperitif and also with all courses of a fish menu, especially good with shellfish and seafood.
