The grapes are picked when fully ripe, with the typical golden-yellow colour of this variety. Only in steel.
Ageing on the fine lees for 4 months. No malolactic fermentation.
12,5% VOL.
The wine is a true and pure expression of the variety. It is rich in notes of green apple, gooseberry and spicy hints of sage. It is fresh, mineral, linear and light on the palate, with great drinkability.
It goes well with cold starters, soups, puréed soup, vegetables and fish dishes.
