Alluvial soils made up of an underlying layer of gravel covered with reddish clay rich in iron oxide.

Mediterranean, breezy, with good day-night temperature swings.

Double Guyot.

Planting density

4800 vines/ha.

Harvest

Strictly by hand.

Winemaking

Off the skins at a temperature of 12°C, without malolactic fermentation.

Ageing

Firstly in steel and then 24 months bottle ageing on the lees.

Alcohol

12,5% VOL.

Tasting notes

A delicate fresh pink colour, elegant aromas from correct and clean winemaking.

Serving suggestion

Ideal as an aperitif. Can also be drunk with all courses of a meal, excellent with cured meats and sausage. Perfect accompaniment to fish dishes.
