Mediterranean, breezy, with good day-night temperature swings.

Three harvesting periods: an early one for fresh and herbaceous expressions. A selection in order to enhance the variety’s tropical component. Lastly, a later harvest for the creamy structure and tanginess of Sauvignon Blanc.
Fermentation without skin contact at a temperature of 12-14°C, malolactic fermentation is not carried out.
Ageing in steel on the fi ne lees for four months.
12,5% VOL.
This wine clearly expresses the variety. It is a modern Sauvignon, balanced by notes of tomato leaves, sage and tropical fruit. The fresh, tangy and mineral taste lingers on the palate.
Starters, fi sh dishes, seafood and shellfi sh. Perfect with sushi and Asian food.
