Mediterranean, breezy, with good day-night temperature swings.

Harvest

Strictly by hand, in the first ten days of September.

Winemaking

Fermentation without skin contact at a temperature of 12-14°C.

Ageing

Ageing in steel for 4 months on the fine lees. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out.

Alcohol

13% VOL.

Tasting notes

It is an aromatic wine with notes of rosebuds, pear pulp and yellow peach. Puiatti’s original and faithful version of the wine has an unmistakeable dry style.

Serving suggestion

Excellent as an aperitif, it also goes well with fish dishes, shellfish and seafood.
